Athletic Therapy is Active Therapy

Active therapy improves mobility, flexibility, and strength while decreasing stiffness and pain.

An assessment includes an intake form of health questions and goals, as well as checking movement of joints, flexibility and strength of muscles, and laxity of ligaments.

After the assessment, we come up with a game plan! A pre-hab or re-hab program to improve your functionality. Exercises to improve muscle firing patterns, addressing stabilizing muscles, and strengthening posture are very common to each program. With consistency, you’ll find you will increase your mobility, flexibility, and strength while being able to work more productively in your regular workout routine and life.
